Eric Kimberling is the most recognized and respected independent ERP systems expert in the world, giving 100% unbiased advice to clients for over 20 years. Eric has dedicated himself to giving keynote speeches at industry conferences and universities worldwide, and has been quoted in hundreds of articles in newspapers, magazines, and books, including the Wall Street Journal, CIO Magazine and Fortune. He has served as the expert witness in the industry’s highest-profile legal cases, representing both government and private companies across the globe. He is also the author of the acclaimed book, “An Expert’s Guide to ERP Success.”

Eric’s extensive experience includes ERP software selection, organizational change management, implementation project management and value analysis. In addition to his ERP experience, Eric has also helped clients with merger and acquisition business integration, strategic planning, business process reengineering and Six Sigma. He further demonstrates his innovative and unparalleled industry experience as the lead facilitator of Panorama’s quarterly ERP Boot Camp workshops and weekly webinar series.

Eric is actively involved in implementations and project recoveries, giving him unique and up-to-date experience with modern enterprise technologies. Throughout his career, Eric has helped hundreds of high-profile enterprises worldwide with their ERP initiatives, including the Alaskan Native Tribal Health Consortium, Nucor Steel, Petro Masila, the Yemen Government, the City of Charlotte, NC, Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, Kodak, Samsonite, Coors, Boeing, Duke Energy, Filson and Lucent Technologies, to name a few. He has helped manage ERP implementations and reengineer global supply chains in countries as diverse as China, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States.

Eric holds an MBA with an emphasis in operational strategy and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is also Six Sigma certified and a certified practitioner of multiple ERP solutions, including SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor and Infor, among others. He has won numerous industry awards for his experience and contributions, including Supply Chain Pro to Know and Best Independent ERP Blog from ERP Focus.

Calvin-Hamler-681x1024Calvin Hamler – Managing Partner

Calvin Hamler is a former Wall Street finance professional turned entrepreneur, with proven results building and leading organizations of significant size, scale, and complexity, managing both horizontal and vertical growth initiatives, and personally orchestrating and negotiating strategic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. A summa cum laude graduate in finance and economics from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Calvin has also carried various professional designations throughout his career, including a myriad of different securities industry licenses and accreditations in financial services. He also has served on boards of directors for financial services industry trade groups. In 2002, Calvin started his own financial services firm, which grew to more than 600 employees generating $2.6 billion in financial asset production. In addition to building an industry-leading capital markets hedging and trading operation at the heart of the firm, he oversaw IT staff in both the development of proprietary ERP systems and the selection and implementation of off-the-shelf ERP solutions, ultimately orchestrating a joint venture with a startup software development firm to build proprietary middleware designed for the banking and financial services industries.

Vanessa-Giacoman-187x300Z. Vanessa Giacoman – Managing Partner

Vanessa co-founded several financial firms and served as a turn-around executive for two additional firms. She began her career in the late 1990s, serving as President and CEO of a de novo banking platform. She formulated and executed the corporate strategy successfully targeting a multi-national Latin American market, and grew the company from 36 employees to over 1,200 employees while maintaining profit margins and diversifying the company’s sources of revenue within 36 months.

Currently, she is the co-founder of Panorama Government Solutions and created the Infrastructure Consulting practice to enhance the existing Enterprise Consulting services. She serves as a policy advisor to Heads of State and administrators of nations, cities and regions worldwide to develop and implement strategies for effective economic, political and enhanced citizen engagement and interaction. Panorama’s New York staff, under her stewardship, is assisting the communities affected by Hurricane Sandy and Irene by managing the largest buy-out and acquisitions program for the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery for the State of New York, HUD and FEMA. She is also currently launching large scale waste to energy (WTE) initiatives in South America that will revolutionize the waste management and energy needs and improve the lives and wellbeing of citizens. With strong financial and political acumen, Vanessa is paving the way for many socioeconomic projects around the world and affecting change to have a greater humanitarian impact on society.

Vanessa is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business, the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University, and holds a B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley. She serves on both private and public sector boards, including CIHAD, Pacific Mutual Real Estate Investment Trust and ECS Software Company.

January PaulkJanuary Paulk – Director of Organizational Change and Business Process Management

January is Lean Six Sigma certified and has a decade of experience using Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve companies’ processes. She has extensive experience managing client relationships and programs ranging from SMEs to Global Fortune 500 companies within their implementation, process improvement, and organizational change management initiatives. As a cross-functional leader for global accounts, she is an expert at leading multiple teams in a variety of locations, identifying client cost reduction initiatives, as well as strong program/project management skills including new program launches and project initiatives. January holds her MBA from the University of Denver.

bill2William Baumann – Director of Expert Witness, IV&V, and Project Recovery

Bill has more than two decades of expertise in marketing strategy, direct sales, account management, business and C-level management experience. He is adept at quickly understanding complex product and service offerings, forging key relationships and establishing essential strategic partnerships. Bill has significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Not-For-Profit, Banking/Finance and Manufacturing industries. Bill has international business management experience in Asia and Latin America and is conversational in Mandarin and Spanish. At Panorama, Bill concurrently provides oversight on a number of ERP selections as well as implementation projects for Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare and Public Sector clients in the U.S. and globally, and provides subject matter expertise in the Energy, Oil & Gas and Utilities industries. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Geoff has 15 years of experience in project management and operational optimization as well as a strong background in reengineering business processes and aligning IT and ERP initiatives with business needs. Prior to Panorama, he worked for a variety of companies in the mobile and medical device industries implementing IT systems and managing operations and finance processes. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Auckland and a Master of Technology Management from the University of Denver.

Rick has over 25 years of leadership experience in branding, marketing, advertising, customer experience and continuous improvement. He has worked with a broad range of leading brands, products and industries, including B2C and B2B. As a cross-functional leader, he is an expert at leading organizational change management initiatives while applying Lean and Six Sigma processes including research, testing and measurements. His experience serving on both the client and agency/consultant side of the business enables organizations to achieve growth and market relevance through development of clear and concise mission, vision and values. Rick holds his Bachelors of Arts from Colorado State University and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change from the University of Denver. He is also Prosci Certified in Change Management.
