With over 80 years of collective ERP and management consulting expertise, Panorama’s leadership team has assembled a team of world class players.

Eric Kimberling – President and Founder

Eric KimberlingAfter 15 years of ERP consulting at large firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and SchlumbergerSema, Eric realized the need for an independent consulting firm that really understands ERP.

He began his career as an ERP organizational change management consultant and eventually broadened his background to include implementation project management and software selection.  Eric’s background includes extensive ERP software selection, ERP organizational change, and ERP implementation project management experience.

Throughout his career, Eric has helped dozens of high-profile and global companies with their ERP initiatives, including Kodak, Samsonite, Coors, Duke Energy, and Lucent Technologies to name a few.  In addition to extensive ERP experience, Eric has also helped clients with business process re-engineering, merger and acquisition integration, strategic planning, and six sigma.  Eric holds an MBA from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Nick Macera – Director of  Implementation

Nick MaceraAfter an extensive career working in IT management roles, Nick Macera brings real world information technology experience at major corporations within the manufacturing, retail, airline, and food service sectors.  Nick has led ERP selection and implementation projects, as well as global rollouts of Tier I ERP software packages.

In addition to his ERP-related skills, Nick also possesses a strong IT skill set that includes business transformation, organizational change management, analysis and implementation of business process improvements, utilizing Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques, EDI protocols, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Nick was a previous client in his role as CIO for a well-known international manufacturing company and joined Panorama in early 2010.

Cliff Simms – Director of  Organizational Change Management

Cliff SimmsCliff joined Panorama after 30+ years of consulting at prestigious firms such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Cap Gemini. In addition to rising to Partner at Andersen, Cliff also managed his own consulting firm for 14 years, which focused on performance measurement, operational improvements, and strategic planning.

His extensive background has primarily centered around organizational change management and strategic services.  His industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, retail, entertainment, and food service companies.

Cliff’s primary area of expertise is helping clients manage the organizational changes related to ERP and other enterprise software initiatives via business process re-engineering, organizational design, communications, and training.  Cliff holds an MBA from Emory University.

Danny Lui – Director of Standards and Quality Assurance

Danny Lui is the Director of Standards and Quality Assurance, focusing on technical assessment and implementation considerations for integrating software selection with implementation. He has extensive industry experience in supply chain management, distribution, and manufacturing, having served as senior product manager, project manager, and senior application engineer for several high-profile ERP software vendors. He also has specific CRM experience as a senior principal product manager for hosted CRM solutions. Danny is fluent in English as well as Mandarin and Cantonese, and holds significant multi-site experience and cross-cultural integration expertise.

Emily Kimberling – Director of Administration

Emily is responsible for the administrative day-to-day operations for Panorama Consulting Group. She has an extensive background in administrative services. She manages all of Panorama’s accounting, human resources, and IT activities.
