The Role of ERP Software in the Asia Airlines Industry

Selecting and implementing an ERP system can be difficult and outside the scope of an aviation company’s core competencies. It can also consume a great deal of time, money, and resources. Therefore, it is extremely important for companies to fully understand the challenges and opportunities associated with an effective ERP implementation. Among others, this presentation will cover best practices for selecting the ERP software most aligned with your business requirements and supply chain, best practices for successfully implementing ERP software, how to know if ERP can help your airline or aviation company’s supply chain.
