Technisoft
Technisoft is a small company that was started in the early 1980′s becasue one of the owners was technical director and shareholder of three speciality chemical manufacturing companies. He could not find any software for manufacturing according to recipes or formulations, taking into consideration the differing raw material specific gravities and units of purchase (volume or mass).
The original ALCHEMIST began as an MRP program linked to a pre-existing accounting package called EXACT, but over the years has developed into a full ERP program that covers such diverse things as sales projections, production planning, MRP, batch tracing, dispatch, quotes management, telesales, sales personnel, commissions, multi-warehousing, cylinder rental tracking, dispensing equipment tracking, etc.
