IFS Cindy Jaudon Named Finalist – 8th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business

Stevie Award Winners to Be Announced in New York on November 11

IFS North America President and CEO Cindy Jaudon has been named a finalist in the Stevie Awards, which will be broadcast live on the Business TalkRadio network on November 11, 2011.

Jaudon is a finalist for the Best Executive – Non-Services Businesses – Up to 2,500 Employees – Computer Software category in the 8th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 11. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the United States and several other countries are expected to attend. The presentations will be broadcast live on radio in the United States by the Business TalkRadio Network.

More than 1,300 entries – a record for the competition – were submitted this year for consideration in 75 categories, including Best Executive, Best Entrepreneur, Women Helping Women, and Communications Campaign of the Year.

Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging. Members of the six final judging committees will select Stevie Award winners from among the finalists during final judging.

“Women entrepreneurs and executives continue to innovate, excel, and impress,” said Michael Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards. “Regardless of general economic conditions, the achievements of women-owned and –run organizations around the world remain high, and are reflected in this year’s impressive body of finalists.”

Jaudon’s ability to ensure IFS’s customer satisfaction levels remain high over the long term has been of critical importance and hasn’t gone unnoticed. She has successfully led her team to raise the satisfaction level of IFS’s North American customer base and has kept that satisfaction consistently high compared to those using competing software suites. In fact, IFS’s customer satisfaction numbers have increased for the fourth straight year. January’s IFS customer satisfaction survey found that 98 percent of customers were more than satisfied with IFS. This is truly impressive when you consider the nature of enterprise resource planning software.

“I am quite humbled and flattered to be a finalist for the 8th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business,” IFS President and CEO Cindy Jaudon said. “The ability to work and collaborate closely with customers has been one of IFS’s main strengths over the years, so this is a very fitting award nomination for IFS. It wouldn’t be possible without the support of everyone within IFS who continues to provide outstanding service to our customers. My role is really just listening closely to customers, making sure customer satisfaction is a top priority and seeing that the right people and resources are available to our customers. This in turn drives customer retention, increased sales to the established customer base and makes us a more desirable and attractive company to do business with for our prospective customers.”
