Plex Systems Named as One of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Plex Systems Inc., provider of Plex Online, Cloud ERP for manufacturers, today announced that it has been named one of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) for the third consecutive year.

Plex Systems will be acknowledged along with the other recipients during an awards luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at the Dearborn Inn Marriott. The MBPA will present elite awards recognizing the winners in each category, along with a Best of the Best award to the best overall company.

The 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is an awards program that provides the business community with an opportunity to showcase their best practices and philosophies. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, small business and work-life balance.

“Plex Systems has always been committed to creating a positive, dynamic work environment,” said Plex Systems CEO Mark Symonds. “We believe in building strong programs that attract and retain the best employees, because they will produce the best results possible for the company and for our customers. We’re honored to be named among the 101 Best and Brightest employers in the Detroit Metro area for the third consecutive year, and we will continue to work hard to earn this honor in the years to come.”
