But what i think is to change the terminilogy from Implementation to Installation as ERP implementation sins as mentioned, if we focus only on points 2-6, it will take about an year for the same. Its more of the change / paradigm shift for Top / Middle and Operational level mgt and also on the shop floor level, and customization  and BPR and so on.
