Alan has a 35-year history of working in the computer software industry, primarily with ERP-based solutions.

Currently, Alan is responsible for overseeing Client Services, Business Development, and Industry Relations. 

Prior to joining the Panorama executive team, Alan was President of abas USA. He also spent time as Chief Innovation Officer at abas Software AG where his focus was on integrating AI into ERP, serverless computing, business analytics, cognitive applications, and IoT.

Alan also worked for several ERP vendors, including Deltek, SAP, and BaaN, and spent time as Director of Programs and Technolgies at CTMS, a tech driven logistics provider and as a senior engineer at TRW Systems Integration Group.

Vanessa brings a proven management track record of over 20 years of experience in either a COO or CEO capacity. She has helped organizations achieve growth and transformation with her skills in managing corporate operations and deploying capital and resources. She has led multiple merger & acquisition transactions as well as turnaround projects.

Vanessa began her career in the late 1990s, serving as President and CEO of a de novo financial banking platform. She formulated and executed the corporate strategy, successfully targeting a multi-national Latin American market. She then served as a turnaround COO, implementing cost cutting initiatives that drove down the organization’s combined cost to produce.

At Panorama, Vanessa oversees Government Consulting, Human Resources, and Administration. 

Vanessa has advanced graduate certificates from the Harvard School of Business and the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University, and holds dual Bachelor degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Joe is a proven leader and change agent with over 30 years of experience in the areas of organizational performance, software selection and implementation, strategic change management, and business process optimization. He has worked in several business verticals, including automotive, manufacturing, professional services, finance, distribution, telecommunications, software, and technology.

Currently, Joe is responsible for leading Panorama’s Expert Services Practice. This involves managing Organizational Development, Project Management, Expert Witness, and small Software Selection clients.

Prior to joining Panorama, Joe founded SalesWerks, a strategic organizational change and sales growth consulting firm, and later ProActiveIT Werks, a technology company specializing in technology strategy in the manufacturing and distribution market. Joe also formed SoftwareWerks, LLC to focus solely on Software Selection, Implementation Strategy, and Expert Witness Consulting.  

Joe was the former President of Visual Business Solutions, a gold implementation partner for Infor, with over 750 customers throughout 15 states using the Infor Visual ERP product. Joe led the company to Infor Channel Partner of the Year twice, implemented change management strategy into all service offerings, and created numerous successful partner alliances and channel partnerships. 

In addition, Joe spent 11 years at Ameritech/AT&T, where he led an internal performance consulting organization, served as Director of Technical Training, and eventually served as Director of Human Capital with tri-state responsibility for 18 offices, 38 managers, and a $10 million operation hiring over 6,000 people per year.

Joe has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University. He is a Registered Organizational Development Professional (RODP) and has certificates of advanced graduate study in organizational change management and marketing.

Rich is an expert at implementation project management with a strong focus on best practices and change management. He has worked on projects throughout the Americas and has extensive experience in account management, system integration, resource management, financial management, and operations at global organizations. Rich has served clients in the manufacturing, fabrication, industrial distribution, field services, utilities, healthcare, education, retail, consumer packaged goods, and public sector verticals.

At Panorama, Rich leads diverse teams of independent ERP consultants as they perform software selection, business process management, change management, and ERP implementation activities.

In his previous experience, he led teams at consulting, software, and technology companies that designed and implemented various technologies. In these projects, he also implemented new processes that streamlined key business functions.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Rich brings diverse teams together to successfully accomplish project goals.

Geoff has a proven track record of collaborating with business leaders, translating IT needs, and building solutions. With experience in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, and government contracting industries, he brings expertise as an ERP functional consultant in selecting and implementing business systems.

At the same time, he ensures companies obtain the maximum benefit from their investments by developing and executing a people/process focus.

Steve is an experienced supply chain leader and ERP project manager. He has a track record of achieving cost savings through supply chain, strategic sourcing, SIOP, and business process improvement initiatives, as well as over 15 full cycle ERP implementations. He is an international and multi-site supply chain specialist with over 30 years of experience successfully coordinating global ERP implementation and supply chain process improvement activities in multiple countries.

Steve has had progressive management roles leading significant transformation projects across ERP, inventory, production and distribution planning, supply chain, and warehousing across multiple industries. He also has experience consulting, managing, and leading Oracle technology projects across various industries, including Production & Distribution, Heavy Manufacturing, High-tech Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Logistics Services, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.

Bill has significant experience in the oil & gas, not-for-profit, banking/finance, and manufacturing industries. He has international business management experience in Asia and Latin America and is conversational in Mandarin and Spanish.

Bill has managed sales and marketing of ERP systems and eCommerce solutions for 12 western states in the U.S., and has performed software selection with consulting groups serving the oil & gas, medical device, and aerospace & defense industries.

As Director of Panorama’s Expert Witness Practice, Bill works closely with a team of expert witnesses and client attorney firms. He has published expert witness articles in TechTarget and InformationWeek.

Bill concurrently provides oversight on a number of ERP software selections and implementation projects for manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and public sector clients in the U.S. and globally. He also provides subject matter expertise in the energy, oil/gas, and utilities industries.

Chris has over 22 years of experience as a subject matter expert in enterprise resource planning and supply chain related projects. He has managed assessments, evaluations, selections, contract negotiations, implementation analyses, project recoveries, organizational change management initiatives, and more.

Chris has been on both sides of software acquisitions and implementations as a sales manager, consultant, and director.

With all of this project experience, he has unparalleled vendor knowledge when it comes to market intelligence, pricing, and implementation services.

Frank is an expert in designing, directing, and managing ERP implementation and integration projects across various industries, including pharma, wholesaling, distribution, manufacturing, and retailing. With experience working on projects in Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

His expertise extends to strategic planning, project management, and procurement and logistics procedures through the implementation of MRP (Material Request Planning) tech tools. Additionally, he has experience designing and implementing CRM, sales, and marketing tools, as well as accounting, budgeting, and financial information systems analysis and integrations.

As an industrial engineer, he has been exposed to corporate leadership and change management processes, product development and expansion, cash flow models, and financial management. He also has experience evaluating banking products, including standard lines of credit, asset-based lending, credit letters, and factoring, among others.

Fluent in Spanish (native) and English as a second language, he has the ability to align activities across diverse teams to pursue excellence in improving enterprise functions and operations.
