2013 ERP Report

Scope Overruns and Suboptimal Benefit Realization Continue to Plague ERP Implementations Yet Organizations Report High Levels of Satisfaction With ERP Software Choices

The 2013 ERP Report presents independent analysis of ERP implementation costs, durations and achievement of business benefits from both domestic and multinational organizations of varying sizes. The report also discusses findings on ERP vendor selection, the role of ERP consultants and satisfaction and success ratings.

The study was conducted by Panorama Consulting Solutions via online polling. Information was collected from September 2012 to January 2013. The 172 participants represent organizations who have worked on ERP initiatives in the past year.
