Clash of the Titans 2012: An Independent Comparison of SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics

Clash of the Titans pits the three “titans” of Tier I ERP software — SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics — against each other in relation to market share, user satisfaction, listing rates, selection rates, implementation durations, payback periods, project costs and benefits realized. Results were culled from an independent, online survey of more than 2000 professionals from 61 countries with experience in ERP selection and/or implementation projects. An analysis of each ERP vendor’s specific strengths and weaknesses with regards to the survey findings is also included.
