Manager, Vendor Relations
Chris has more than a decade of experience in process improvement, supply chain optimization, business development and ERP selection. He has also managed cross-functional teams and coordinated relationships with multiple enterprise software vendors.
Chris’ achievements in the ERP project lifecycle are born from strong analytical problem solving, organizational skills and an ability to develop and lead productive teams. He has been on both sides of software acquisitions and implementations as a sales manager and consultant. With more than 14 years of experience as a subject matter expert in ERP projects, Chris provides a unique perspective to organizations large and small.
In his role at Panorama, Chris works with clients across the software selection lifecycle, from process documentation and improvement to negotiating software license agreements. Chris manages all vendor relationships through the process of long list creation, RFI creation and scoring, short list determination, RFP creation and evaluation, software demonstrations and vendor negotiations. He has extensive experience with dozens of solutions including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sage, Epicor, Deltek and Syspro, which makes him a valuable asset to any project.
